Phase 01

Operational audit

2–3 weeks

A senior engineer and an operator sit inside your business. We map workflows, interview the people doing the work, and identify the five highest-leverage AI interventions ranked by impact, speed to ship, and defensibility.

Phase 02

Prototype & prove

4–6 weeks

We build the top-ranked intervention end-to-end. Working system, real data, instrumented against a specific business metric. If it doesn't move the number, we don't move to Phase 03.

Phase 03

Scale & embed

3–6 months

Ship the remaining interventions. Integrate into production systems. Train your team alongside ours. Establish ownership, observability, and a playbook for the next wave — led by your people.

Phase 04

Hand-off

Ongoing

We hand the system to your team with documentation, runbooks, and a quarterly check-in. Optional retained advisory for the next wave of integration. You own the upside permanently.
