(Offering 01 · Invitation only)
A room of five.
Four times a year.
Nothing ordinary
survives it.
The Boardroom is a private quarterly retreat where five serious operators work on one another's companies — in person, off the record, for three days at a time.
(Thesis)
Scale is a lonely number.
The Boardroom makes it less so.
Most founders plateau not because they run out of effort, but because they run out of peers who understand the shape of their problem. Advisors manage from a distance. Friends flatter. Consultants sell decks.
The Boardroom is the opposite of all three. Five founders, operators, and unusually-interesting individuals — selected by Nick personally — meet four times a year to pressure-test each other's strategy, unlock the next revenue tier, and hold each other accountable to the harder version of the plan.
It is not networking. It is not a conference. It is the closest thing to a real board that exists outside of one.

(Inside the retreat)
Three days. Five operators. One plan that leaves with each of them.
Arrival & frame
Each member arrives with one real decision on the table. The retreat opens by framing the five problems the room will solve together.
Hot seats
Every member sits in a two-hour hot seat. The other four plus Nick push, challenge, and rebuild the thesis until the weakest link breaks.
Strategic forward
Working sessions on the levers that actually move revenue — pricing, distribution, capital structure, operating rhythm, leadership hires.
Commitments
Each member leaves with a written 90-day plan countersigned by the room. Monthly calls track progress. The next retreat begins with receipts.
(Who it's for)
A seat is built, not sold.
- You run a business generating between eight and nine figures of revenue — or you are building one with conviction and traction.
- You are in a season where the right question, asked by the right peer, would be worth more than another hire.
- You give candor as willingly as you receive it. The room only works if everyone lifts.
- You protect the confidentiality of this room the way you protect your cap table.
